At The Mad Hatter, we want your headwear to fit perfectly; if your purchase doesn't quite suit your style, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Prepare the Package
Place your hat securely in its original packaging to prevent crushing during transit and include the printed return slip inside.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized courier location.
